However, I do believe that most of stress in our life is unnecessary and that it can be eliminated by taking some simple steps. Like these great words, you must throw the stress out!

Healthy Eating is great way to relieve stress. Most of the time when we are in stress we eat unhealthy and unhygienic food ,start talking alcohol or drugs which cause harm to our body. 

Food to take :-

  • High-fiber, carbohydrate-rich foods:  carbohydrates cause the brain to produce more serotonin, a hormone that relaxes us.

  • Fruits and vegetables: Chronic stress can weaken our ability to fight disease. By upping our intake of antioxidant-rich fruits and vegetables, we can boost our immune system.

Food to avoid :-
  • High fat food : Thicken our blood which in turn makes us feel tired, even lethargic

Sometimes when we are stressed out we demotivate ourselves. Involve in depression,feel inferior by others . Spend time with yourself, do whatever you like the most. Involve in things that makes you happy.

5. Spend time with friends and family -

We find ourselves spending more and more time alone at home. The isolation leads to depression and it is not good for our health. Join a senior center and take part in its events and activities. 

Play games with friends. Go to the theater, a movie, or a sporting event. Travel with a group of friends. Spend time with family. Join a group interested in a hobby like knitting, hiking, painting, or wood carving or the tasks you love or ever dreamt of. Try to learn something new and soothing to your heart which can complete your day! And Believe me You are the best person in the world who can find happiness for yourself.
